Facebook

Right, so what's the story with Facebook? I joined it about a month ago at this stage. I don't get the obsession. Honestly, it's a bit plain, and I don't seem to piss away as much time on it as I did on Bebo when it first magically appeared. At least it's a conversation topic.
"You on Facebook?"
"I am ya"
"Oh cool, add me there"
"Ok"
Exciting stuff. I still prefer Bebo, despite that I only use it to talk to 2 people. What can I say? I like the pretty colours.
I fully expect myself to go back on everything I just said at some stage and admit to loving Facebook. Just have to wait and see I suppose.

Work

I was workin for the entire weekend as usual. The place was dead. There's only so many times you can stroll around a store checking to see if anything's out of place. I ended up smashing some sort of fragile glass coffee gadget. It shouldn't have been near the edge in the first place. That's my excuse anyway, and I'm sticking to it. Got to leave an hour early then sunday evening. It's good that I got home early, but I think I'd rather have the extra €14 to be honest. Ah time and a half, the best thing since sliced bread.

Quarantine

I finally saw Quarantine on DVD last week. It came highly recommended from both my friend and my sister. Plus I knew the lead actress as Debra Morgan from the TV show Dexter. Judging from my sister's reaction, I was expecting to be hiding behind a pillow but that wasn't the case. It's the kind of "things jumping out at you" scary. And it's a bit gruesome and brutal at times. But I lost track of who was who, there was just too many people dying all over the place. It's worth a watch alright. I'm not the biggest fan of horror movies anyway, so I'll let you be the judge.
